- Brief History (at least a paragraph): Sam was born the only son of a large family, and raised with some more typical values; six sisters, a large farm, and a staunchly Catholic family? Perfect recipe for your average, homebrewed kinda person, which is exactly what Sam became. Getting through life on a fairly lowkey scale, Sam wouldn’t trade his family and their upbringing for the world; though, he may be tempted on some counts. Keeping to himself as a rule, Samuel didn’t really make many friends in school despite the time he put into sports teams (Soccer as a passion, football for fun, and accidentally rugby) and his academic pursuits, moving through the levels easily and ending with degrees related to cooking.
- How did they get to acting on RVB? (at least a paragraph): Locus got here… not by his own choice. Acting in general was something he only tried on a dare from his sister (stupid double-dog honour), but Red vs Blue was something he was more pushed to do than anything. Typically taking more serious, one-off roles with villain writing, it was his manager who suggested something new. Hesitant as ever, Locus accepted with the understanding that it would be, you know, not too different from a consolidated movie. Unfortunately (or, fortunately, more like) he was wrong; it was a lot more than that, and at times had him questioning if he was really giving it what it deserved. Despite this, however, he’s become used to his position in the cast, and even arguably… friends with some of his co-workers.
- Personality (at least a paragraph): Quiet and unassuming, there’s a common misconception about Samuel that he absolutely takes full advantage of; he knows he has a severe, could-fuck-you-up presence. Fortunately, though, that’s not really who he is. While he’s a serious person, Sam knows how to let loose, too. He’s got a lot of compassion once you get through his initial walls, with plenty of love and loyalty to those he endears himself to. He does, however, have a bad habit of being too determined to stick something through, often putting himself through pointless trouble to either finish something or keep others from worrying about him. His sense of humour is incredibly displacing for him, as well- Locus is not the man you’d expect to say ‘Shakira, Shakira’ after a fight warning.
- Anything Else?: Instead of a facial scar, he has the ‘X’ tattooed on his left wrist; all of his sisters have X or O as well, just placed differently on their wrist.
Locus’ family is afro-latino. Ofc he’s still bilingual.
He has a cat named Lucy! She’s a sweet sweet calico girl.
His relationship with gender is a little… weird. He doesn’t think about it too much, so the best thing he supposes it could be called is fluid.
Because of the reputation he’s sorta built up as an actor, he uses a different name for the multitude of voice acting roles that he does; Sam Buggy. It’s friendly enough to fit anything, and Bug is an old childhood nickname of his.
