*exhausted face* *on facetime* ugh! I just finished a 48-hour on-call shift , I knew to go into trauma surgery that it would be hard work, but I never see any of my friends, like you! But today I dealt with a car accident and this weird stabbing incident saying the cut looked like it was from a samurai sword... But weirdly I got this invite to come to a town and I think I just might go on vacation to see what’s drawing me there... But I'm going to let you go, I’m super tired from work today, bye and love you. *blows a kiss and hangs up phone* I really do wonder whats drawing me to this town.... well all I know is it’s time for me to go to sleep after standing and performing surgery. *slowly falls asleep*

Another(Maybe Better) Starter

“Crap, I follow this weird feeling to come to this town and what do I get as soon as I get here, a dead car and a dead phone ugh ! “ Sara, who is a trauma surgeon usually knows how to solve problems but this place just feels different like there are problems waiting to come out.... But now with basically just me and myself in this town, I realize as much as I may not like it, I need to introduce myself to this town... If anyone even wants to talk to the mysterious new girl... Well in the distance I do see people, I just wonder who I will meet first
