tbh I've just always been a big fan of the one where he goes "Just worked three films, (...) integrated a psychology, and all I get is: 'he's just evil'. Correct." with that heavy tired sarcasm that you know he's heard it so many times already and is getting tired of it?

like that's such a vibe for many reasons, you'd know that :P

12- do you think laufey actually abandoned loki to die, as odin said, or do you prefer the theory that laufey put loki in the temple for their protection?

i think that he did actually leave loki in the temple to die, mostly based on his reaction to him when he visited Jotunheim. although I do still like to read fics sometimes where he wasn’t left to die on purpose. odin still kinda kidnapped a baby without actually knowing if it was abandoned or not though, so even if laufey had abandoned loki doesn’t exactly make it okay.

16 - do you think loki would keep a journal? if yes, what kinds of things do you think they’d write/draw/glue/etc in it?

i think they would keep a journal. I think that he would generally write down stuff that happened throughout the day to keep track of it, but i also think that he would write down any secrets that he found out about other people, so he could potentially use it against them. along with like some cutouts of letters he’s gotten from other people, either just to keep them, or as a reminder for something. i do think however, that he’d only keep it in their pocket dimension just to make sure nobody else would be able to even have to chance to read it.

2. how did your interest in Loki begin? (opt: how has it evolved over the years?)

I first watched the 2011 movie in theatres with my mother (I was 9), I was the Annoying Kid(tm) that was fixated on mythology so I'd "correct" the things that were "missing" (I'm so sorry to anyone who suffered me sometimes)

I kinda already had a predilection to Loki from the mythology info I had and that One Thor comic my mother had that I was only allowed to read ocassionally, so it started early, basically.

in evolving sense, it has been one of those things I hid from people because I was terrified of getting "found out" or having something be ruined by someone knowing I liked it, so fandom-wise I've only been observing from the outside until very recently XP but it's basically been my safe haven from when I'd download the AMVs to watch on my usb to now when I am actually talking and reading to y'all out there!!!!

7. which do you prefer: jotun Loki with horns, or jotun Loki without horns?

I'm a sucker for non-human designs so the ones with horns scratch something in my brain in a specific way, but I love all jotun Loki images I can get my eyes on <3

18. what do you think Loki's biggest fear is? (if not the biggest, one of the biggest.)

this one is painful how dare you ask /j

in all seriousness I'm gonna go with absolute solitude. Like even if someone hates him there's a Something there, but if he's all alone it's a different kind of hell.

Hello darling,

My favourite body part? I would have to say the hands. The way my darling's nails scrape across my scalp when she buries her hand in my hair is enough to reduce me to jelly.

In regards to your 'more important' question, I would classify myself as - how you say? - an 'assman'. Standing behind my darling and cupping her ass is by far my favourite thing to do. Especially around Rogers and the lot, my darling blushes like a juicy red apple every time.

10. Do you see Loki as a hero, villain or antihero? And why?

I see Loki as an anti-hero tbh just because I feel his methods of saving the universe tend to be more morally ambiguous or even selfish at times? Like based off the Loki series, by the end, he tries to save the universe and the sacred timeline because he just wants Sylvie, and I'm guessing Mobius too, to be ok. It's a selfish but also not selfish reason?? So, yes, anti-hero! And of course villain as well, I like me some villain, no i don't want to fix them, I want to see their potential to be super villains, what drives them, and what they believe they're standing up for!

11. Favorite Loki gif? Currently , I'm in LOVE with this gif 😍

8. Whom do you ship him with most?

Tony Stark. Their wittiness and sarcasm would be the perfect banter. The fact that they both have daddy issues. The fact that Tony's own genius rivals Loki's own knowledge and would keep Loki on his toes, never a dull moment between the two. Idk maybe I'm bias cuz Tony was my first Marvel crush but they just fit like puzzle pieces to me 😌

Thanks for the ask @iamanartichoke!  Always happy to talk about Loki! 😊

1.  How did you first discover Loki?

My boyfriend at the time had taken me to see Avengers and I remember enjoying the film, but didn’t know much more about the universe, nor see anything more at that time. Skip ahead to 2017 and I’m living in Canada and feeling a little homesick so I made a point of going to see the big Hollywood film that had a Kiwi director.  I laughed and really enjoyed the film, and it made me remember that this Loki character was familiar. So I went home and looked up the rest of the MCU and figured out where I’d seen him before. And then started watching the other films he was in.

Which leads me to the next question…

2. When did you realise that you had become an official Loki fan?

So after Ragnarok I watched Thor and The Avengers over the next week or so because I had access to them on Netflix at the time, and then was excited to find there was another film with Loki in it. I think I realised that I was in a little deep when I noticed just how much I was looking forward to watching more and how I kept thinking about this character…

It was at this point that I remember trying to find some groups online to talk about Loki with… and after a little trial and error found Tumblr.

22. Do your friends and family know you’re a Loki fan?

I don’t think so?  I mean I did make my parents watch all the films leading up to the Avengers prior to Infinity War, and then The Night Manager… though I’m not sure they would have been able to figure out the connection.

And my workmates in Canada figured out I was a Tom Hiddleston Fan when I took a long weekend to go to Ace Comicon in Chicago. One of the guys kept saying I should spend my money to see Josh Brolin or Craig Parker instead and it was hard to keep coming up with reasons other than I wanna! XD

And a good friend knows I’m fan of the MCU, but nothing more specific than that.  She, sadly, is not interested.  :( Which is ironic ‘cause it’s partly her fault – she once told me, before I knew who Tom was, how he was known for being such a nice, kind, guy and she showed me the clip of him kneeling for a fan on the red carpet. I blame her.

 26. What’s your dream team for Loki?

I think I’ve answered that before, but now, after seeing Wandavision I am completely sold on seeing Loki team up with other magical Avengers or allies, so I would love to see him and Wanda working together.  And I certainly wouldn’t mind an opportunity for Loki to put right that misunderstanding with Strange. 😉

30. Team #greeneye or #blueeye Loki?

I’d have to go with blue.  Tom has such lovely blue eyes.  But I don’t mind the fanfic convention of green eyes.  It’s sweet. 😊

Hi anon!  Thanks for the ask.  It’s been fun to think about these things.

5 What's your favourite Loki outfit?

It absolutely has to be his Thor: The Dark World outfit. They got rid of those oversized shoulders and this just fits him perfectly. I love the combo of the long coat that has so much movement in it, and the interlaced panels on the front, the asymmetrical lapels, the little bits of green fabric peeking out from the leather, the high curved collar and the retained golden torc. It looks like something that would be protective and still fairly comfortable to move in.  I also like his hair at this length and the lack of a helmet fits in with the somewhat lower-key-ness of this outfit over the Avengers one.  I’ve spent a long time looking at this to draw it. It is beautiful.

8 Are you anti Ragnarok or Pro Ragnarok?

Hmmm… I have mixed feelings about Ragnarok.  I have a bit of a soft spot for it because if it wasn’t for this movie I would never have discovered Loki, but after having watched the earlier films and spent some time living in their world, Ragnarok just irks me.  Loki is so much deeper than that and a movie of that style just could never do him justice.  So now I live in a split reality where Ragnarok is kinda like a crack fic that I’ll enjoy for what it is (and it seems I have no shame when it comes to getting my Loki fix – I’ll take anything). But I’ll lament what could have been. Infinity War is also in that category, although a lot less fun, but it has some super heart wrenching moments from Tom (so that’s an even more love/hate relationship!).

 9 Do you have a Loki song list?

No.  I don’t really listen to much music at the moment. However I’m super looking forward to hearing what the Loki series has in store for us from a music point of view. I find the music in Thor pretty effective at it’s job of making me feel what it wants me to feel. I wrote about it once here if you’re interested.

16 How would you rate yourself as a Loki fan from 1-10? (1- casual, 10-stan™)

Ummm… see, I think there are bigger fans out there than me, but I do have this blog and I have read an awful lot of Loki fanfic since I fell into the fandom shortly after Ragnarok came out, and I do have a sketchbook full of my attempts to draw Loki, and he has inspired me to try my hand at writing fiction for the first time since school (which was not a very successful experiment!) and I did spend a not inconsiderable sum flying to Chicago to see Tom a few years ago when I was living nearby in Canada, so I suppose on a non-Tumblr scale that’s a 10. Lol!

Edit: I just realised I forgot to put in my answer for 14. I've answered it in this post.
