Spring Time Witch
This is a collaboration with Devilinspired. I recently received this witch hat, blouse, glasses, petticoat and the star underskirt from them. You can find all of these and much more at Devilinspired.com and they are currently having a sale -20% off of any item until the April 25th with the code LE2002! I’m very impressed with the quality of all the items! The witch hat is sturdy and it’s a nice big size! It has two clips inside to make it stay on your head better. The blouse is elegant and comfy and it can be worn on or off shoulders for different looks. The Aurora & Ariel petticoat is the poofiest petticoat I have ever tried on, perfect for tiered skirts! The Boguta star hemline underskirt is just so amazing! The trim is great quality and adds a pop of magic to any coord! The round glasses have cute little details like a little bat motif!

Hello! I went on Clobba and saw that Long Ears & Sharp Ears opened reservation for a new series called Deer Call, and I sort of fell in love with the JSK I. My concern is that - looking more closely - the print/cut seems to lean somewhat qi-loli, and I'm still a relative beginner (this would be my 3rd coord). Do you think it would be too easy to screw up, or should I go for it? The last thing I want to do is to look like I'm cosplaying or in costume.
You’re definitely right that it has a Qi-lolita vibe, but I think the cut is simple enough that there are quite a few ways you could coordinate it. It’s a beautiful dress and I really think it would be hard to go wrong. If you’re worried about it looking costumey, just be careful about your accessories and maybe keep them more basic and traditionally lolita as opposed to leaning in a Qi-lolita direction overall. Or if you want to roll with the Qi-lolita look there’s nothing wrong with using the accessories that are made to go with the dress
