Journaling - Day 6

Day 6 of doing an activity I haven’t done since high school. It feels good and it’s nice to put thoughts on “paper” instead of just housing them in my head until I forget about them.

I’m really enjoying the transition away from animal products (meat, dairy, eggs, etc). I already feel better and I’m taking probiotics and b12 supplements, which I probably needed regardless of what I’m eating because I don’t keep consistent when it comes to food. For many years I’ve only eaten roughly 1 meal a day and tend not to snack through the day. I believe the feeling that most people think is hunger is really just craving.

This week is going by quickly, mostly because I haven’t had as much time to do my own thing as I typically do. I still have about 15 youTube videos to edit and get scheduled for the channel but haven’t spent the time to do it. I plan to get one uploaded and done tonight and move forward with the editing process.

Additionally I need to get back into Life is Strange and Edith Finch. I think I may play The Long Dark. I went to look up the name of it and noticed that PUBG is no longer at the time for the top games right now. Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice is currently #1 on Steam. I have no idea what that game is but I’m certainly going to check it out now.

I watched the trailer - I remember hearing something about this. I have this weekend to myself, perhaps this is what I’ll be playing and putting up on the channel for next week. We’ll see. 

Concentrating this week at work has been difficult - like I had mentioned in a previous entry, our condo building had some flooding last week. There are tons of workers on site ripping up the floors and walls to replace them and since the majority of the damage happened directly across the hall from us we get to hear all the noise going on. 

Not much else exciting has happened through the week so far. I’ve got a lot to get done so it’s back to work!
