Week 5 - Bad week.. or was it?
I knew I’d get to the end of a session and feel like it had been a train wreck of a session, I’d hoped it was going to be a bit later than week 5, of my Derby Career, but I guess it goes with Murphies law that the week I think about the mental side of the sport it hits me with both barrels!!

In an effort to look at the positive side of things:
I got my first library card today!
It’s to the Carnegie Library, which serves all of Allegheny County and I can go to any of its satellite libraries, though the main library is literally a 5 minute walk from my IOP, so I can just head over after therapy. I’m already super happy having a card there. I checked out DVDs of two of my favorite children’s movies (The Road to El Dorado and Prince of Egypt) and I also checked out two books, one adult and one young adult. The DVDs are due in a week and the books are due in three.
It’s so beautiful inside the library though, and the little coffee shop it has is adorable I want to buy things from it. But yeah. It was fun I guess.
On the plus side, the play went well! Two and a half months and BAM! I made so many awesome friends that I love dearly and learned some neat tech stuff. This was a good experience, I think.
Can't wait until the Spring!
