i love that book. i keep comparing it to goethe's faust for fun (just as long as no-one asks me to write a paper on it).

Well if we compare those books.

Bulgakov’s devil never actually wants anything from Master. He just watches and observes.  That’s what I really like about him. 

Devil, being a banished angel, still hopes for redemption (much as Pontius Pilat) and every time he comes to people’s world he hopes for them to change, to be better, to deserve heaven for all… And every time he sees that nothing’s changes, people’re still the same and that he still has no hope for forgiveness…  

He never actually does bad, he just tests.  And that’s why he (not God, but the “evil personified” grants Master what he craves)

Ok ok… I”ll stop ;) I just really love this book

i'll wish for you to find the perfect job anyways. a job that doesn't feel like work but makes you happy (and wealthy).

That’s more something I’ll look for when I finished my study.

it doesn’t have to be perfect. just so I don’t get mad every time I need to go to work. I already applied 3 other.

Yup. It’s from a movie called Viking (2017) It’s about russian history of Xth century.
