Reincarnation exists in madcom.
Not every S-3lf, but strong ones come back every few hundred years or so (long enough that most Nevadians forget about who these ppl were)
The Employers can do nothing about this. Auditor just dreads what Hank will do to piss him off this time.
Technology progresses between reincarnations and details change each time. But certain relationships and events stay the same.
Knowledge of the more magical elements of the world are likely to get lost before the next incarnation of Nexus members reappear
