Onceler upon a time...
Hey guys, do you remember this dude?? I finally worked out a design for him to some degree! Yes, an other Once-ler UuU I think if I gave him a nickname it would be 'Morty'. I made this guy up before Journeying Once-ler and he had a really short run. His blog is non-existant cause it got handed over to Journey.
My original askblogs had really long tittles. I had to be very specific with Morty because there is already a guardian Once-ler but he's immortal and has powers and stuff. Morty on the other hand, does not, but he is cursed. As you may have guessed, he's an aftermath and he's cut down his last tree. He can't touch anything of value like money; it just fazes right through his hands and because he can't use money he's sort of forced to live a life surviving in different places and lives like a forest animal, foraging for food and finding shelter in healthy valleys. He has a big cloak made of truffula tufts to keep him warm at night. The bottom half of his tie was ripped away because a Barbeloot chewed it off while he was asleep.
He's under the impression that he's been appointed a guardian himself, so he wanders into other valleys and cautions other Once-lers but the dude probably smells terrible and he doesn't sleep well out in the nature so he looks a bit scary all in all.
I've been meaning to illustrate it, but this Once-ler even looks sort of looks animalistic when he's sneaking around at night with that enormous cloak over him. He's also preeeety tall. Probably about 6' 9"??? Maybe taller. He's just one of the taller guys. So he looks like some sort of a beast as a silhouette and I think people probably saw him and made up stories.
In terms of appearance I decided his key features are his messy grey/brown hair, his somewhat teal eyes, freckles over his nose only and his tallness. Outfit features are his cloak and torn tie.
