5 Questions with Lord Pidjeon ____________________________ What motivates you? The search for truth. Learning about myself and the nature of reality/ reality of nature. I like to use music as a medium for exploring life. Art increases my personal magical power! What's the best part of what you do? People. It has been amazing coming in touch with so many amazing artists and unique people. Participating in the global creative community has been one of the best things for sure. What most inspiring thing a listener of your music told you? When people describe the same feelings that I had when I made a song. It's dope when someone tells me the vision’s they’ve had and emotions they felt when listening and their thoughts and feelings match what i felt when I made the song. it gives me the sense that I successfully transferred a piece of my own authentic energy through the work. Does a specific state of mind or mood generate your best work? My best work comes when I’m not trying, when I'm creating just for the sake of it. I can be in any mood but whether my work is ‘good’ or bad to me depends on whether I’m being really honest with myself and transcending fear when while I’m writing - basically not giving a f*ck, if you will What's next for yourself? I'm looking forward to touring and seeing the world. And all the different colors of bootay! Last words: Weedledeedle poopoo macular! Aight so idk if it’s cause I’ve had two cups of coffee in the span of ten min or if he’s just too dope/hype, (sike I’m 100% sure it’s the second one – but I’m still being extra as fuck), but this is some BANGIN’ stuff! You gotta love those really hype chopped up ethnic vibes. I’m a huge fan of Sango and his Rocinha tracks and this falls into the same vibe. You really can’t resisit it, it just makes you move like no ova. You get into this trance, and it just takes over.
