What’s the lore behind Ved’ma and Graves? Are they lovers friends idk theres so much lore and my attention span is ass
Hey Friend!! Okay so, Ved'ma and Graves are bitter-coded friends to lovers to enemies to lovers.
So basically Graves and Ved'ma have a LOT of history, (with Graves being a dick and betraying Ved'ma which leads to Ved'ma's eventual partner's death) and (my) Graves has a horrible painkiller & alcohol addiction, which is fueled by his guilt for what he did to Ved'ma and her partner. However, he also has a lot of other trauma, like his dad being a dick after he gets A TBI in the military, and family dying in a house fire, which leads to his affinity with fire.
Ved'ma's lore is A LOT more expansive than mine and Juju is such a good RP partner and writer in general, I love their Ved'ma character and our little RPs we do <3 it's so fun and they are generally so cool together.
So right now, they're.... dancing around each other. Not ready to jump into a relationship with each other, but not wanting to let go.
