Rest Up and Spring Forward
Here is one more reminder to move the clock forward one hour this weekend. Used to be you had to roam the house manually adjusting a dozen clocks. These days, though, many clocks automatically adjust. I love the technology, but that doesn’t make it any easier to lose a precious hour of sleep.
Home sales along the SF Peninsula have definitely not been losing sleep lately. With growing Springtime demand, there has been lots of activity so far this year. I have successfully navigated this type of market many times in my past 25 plus years as a real estate agent, and I’d love to work with you or someone you know to find your next house and negotiate the best deal.

IMHO*: I’ve learned in the past 25 plus years of selling houses to take each bit of news as it comes. February brought more evidence that the real estate market along the SF Peninsula is ready for Spring! Give me a call and let me help you with a strategy that is right for you. (*In My Humble Opinion – which I’m always happy to share.)
