Decent episode, but again, too much plot, not enough emotional impact (the great Peter/Alicia scene aside).

Also, did Matt Czuchry use up his quota of screentime in the first half of the season, so now he just gets a couple of token scenes an episode? Like, “let’s give Matt the chance to show what he can really do... and then mostly ignore him for the rest of the season!”
