what i don’t understand is how customers can be that rude and have like no conscience about it?? like i will feel guilty for a whole week if i forget to say good morning or ask the baristas how they’re doing, so what kind of mental gymnastics do these fools have to do in order to be actively hostile to someone just doing their job and then not be consumed with guilt afterwards???? like it just doesn’t make SENSE it takes so much more effort to be mean to someone and for what?
