Base in Edinburgh and created by Wellington Black he is from Dominican Republic, he started the Dance school in 2016 offers Salsa and Bachata classes, Latin Roots been performed and participated in diverse Festivals and competitions in the UK with five start ratings in the feedbacks, very impressive.
