You're right to go with Jawyer as I am tragically unaware of the other couple you mentioned.

Jawyer is one of those ships that took me a while to get behind simply because I am not a Jack fan. I love Sawyer, though, and I think he does a great job of knocking Jack down a peg. And i think Jack secretly likes it. I imagine them to be like a cat and mouse type love affair where theyre never truly committed, but they can't stay away from each other. After writing jawyer for the first time, I think Jack's attraction stems from a sort of fascination with Sawyer and how his mind games work, and how he always falls for them. He never has the upper hand with Sawyer, and he knows that. Take away his need to control, and suddenly Jack is bearable, so I would say on the scale of NOTP to OTP, they're ranked somewhere above the middle but nowhere near Kate/Claire or Skate.

I think Tumblr ate the reply I just tried to post, but to whomstever was asking about what I use/how I shape my eyebrows: that's just the natural arch of my brows, I pluck them a little thinner underneath than is "on trend" because I prefer them that way.

They're also mostly blonde, so when I can be bothered I fill them in with an eyebrow pencil. The one I'm currently using is the cream brow pencil from Gabriel Cosmetics in "Flax for blondes." I also like their "Fig for brunettes."

I'm honestly not a huge fan of how it applies. The cream nature means it smudges easily compared to the ones I used to use, so you have to make sure your moisturizer is really well absorbed first and make sure you have a steady hand, which I don't lol. It's safe for my MCAS, though, so that's really all that matters.

Going into anaphylaxis from a Revlon eyebrow pencil isn't something I want to experience again, no matter how good their staying power is.

I'm also able to use all of the eyeliners and mascaras from Gabriele Cosmetics if that's useful to any of my other fellow MCAS folk.

I haven't tried any of their lip products yet because they contain sesame seed oil (most "natural" lip products do) and I'm sensitive af to sesame if it's anywhere near my mouth, so rip I guess.

My lipstick which you also asked about is "pink up, girl" from Soap and Glory, which alas, looks like it's been discontinued. I'm currently using up the last of my stick and then I'll be on the hunt for an MCAS-friendly lippy. So if any of my fellow masties have suggestions, I'd like to hear them!

Anyway, yeah, that's the extent of my makeup. I hope whoever asked this sees this.

Ok, I had an ask regarding this post, but it didn't save in my drafts 😩

Basically the ask was saying that, while you CAN delete individual fics from your history, people shouldn't rely on that and instead teach their kids not to snoop.

Of course parents should teach their kids to respect boundaries, but kids are kids. But if you have a shared computer, you should also be doing all you can to prevent children from seeing things they shouldn't, including logging out off all your accounts just in case.

Older teens and adult children are a different story. You might get more lax and forget to log out and they go to ao3 and see your shit. It's natural to be curious. It doesn't make them a bad child or you (gen) a bad parent.

But, um, as far as my own comment, I wasn't suggesting going through fic history to specifically delete things you don't want a child/someone else to see lol. I just mentioned it, because the topic was reading history on ao3. Sometimes you open a fic at 3am and don't ever want to see it again when you're searching your own history for a fic. 🤷‍♀️
