Hello! PMDD sufferer here. I don't mean to be obtrusive at all, but I noticed your tags on that PMDD post mentioning trying birth control. I just wanted to pop in & mention that the hormonal effects that come with birth control can, more often than not, make PMDD symptoms a million times worse. I'm not telling you to try or not to try the pill again, but please just be careful & conscious about the side effects! (: Sincerely, someone who was nearly hospitalized because of the pill & PMDD <3

thanks! I’ve been on birth control before (literally only a month) but I noticed zero difference in my period or symptoms.
