The Only Lothie In Town

Apparently the person who owns “lothie.tumblr.com” - who wasn’t even born when I was already known all over the ‘Net as “lothie” - is no longer using the account. I first noticed her when I signed up for Tumblr, which I was kind of late for, and couldn’t get the name. I did (and still do) own the “lothie.com” domain, so instead of being “lothie.tumblr.com” I’m “tumblr.lothie.com”. 

I noticed her again when she complained that I had a bunch of other “lothie” sites but “wasn’t using them”. She said it’s her “real name”. I very much doubt that it’s the name on her birth certificate any more than it’s the name on mine, but regardless, it’s my brand and has been for a long, long time. 

I know I’m not the only “lothie” on the ‘Net. But I’m the one who’s been there the longest and it IS my brand. So I’m glad she’s moved on.

So I was just on my phone and decided to see what blogs unfollowed me.

I got really sad for a moment because I went to look and I didn't see TJ, Lothie, or Brandon.

I felt really sad and confused. :(

Then I got on the computer and looked and they were all there.

So I felt a lot better.

Flora look. You and I both gained weight and got too big for our clothes. But hey, we're still cute. And all we need to do is work on getting healthy and working out so we can get back into our old jeans. And its not that we'll be prettier we're just going to feel accomplished that we did something good for ourselves.

I know. I used to be really fit because I would run 3 miles every day. But then I injured my hip and couldn't run anymore. :/ guhhhhhh but thanks Lothie<3
