That’s easy - my husband and partner of 28 years :D
nike - what are you most proud of?
Tough one. It’s like this “the book you love most” questions. I’m proud of different things at different times. I’m usually proud if I manage to do things that are hard for me - like phoning my mechanic to make a date for bringing in my car. Or even worse - making a date with my doctor. I’m proud if I manage to do all the adulting things (because it’s so rare ...). I’m proud when I find a solution for a problem at work. Or when I chaired a meeting and we’re closing in time and I can see everyone thinking “this wasn’t wasted time. we’ve got something done”. And when I finish a fic - those were some of my proudest moments in the last years. <3
nyx - when was the last time you stayed out past midnight?
Last wednesday actually but it was only that late because we went to a work related event and were eating in an restaurant afterwards AND had to travel home about 1,5 hours. I’m rarely out really late nowadays because let’s face it - the older you get the more you ask yourself “is this really worth being tired for two days?” On the other hand as I start working very late in the morning and I’m more of an owl anyway midnight isn’t too hard on me. But I don’t party until four in the morning any longer ;) Last time it got that kind of late was at a good friends wedding last summer. Oh, and last new year’s eve.
