Ohh I'm applying to Mercersburg! In your opinion, is it a good school?
I would say it is a very good school. True, it may not have the prestige that Andover, Exeter, or even Lawerenceville (our rival) has, but it does a great job of opening your mind to various cultures and issues. Also since its so small, the personal attention that you are able to get for your classes is something I don't think you could find at most high schools. And most importantly, Mercersburg prepares you EXTREMELY well for college. Not just in the academic sense--although that is a huge part--but also the whole college experience. So yes, I would say that Mercersburg is not just a good school, but a great school.
