he was probably supposed to stay in the car but he wasn't exactly certain richie had got the message that he was there. he certainly sticks out like a sore thumb as he heads into the house, looking for richie. truth be told, it wasn't that hard to spot him. he followed the laughter and it was only minutes before he saw him standing above everyone else. eddie shakes his head fondly before he's carefully pushing his way through the crowd of people to get to richie. he rests his hand against his forearm gently, peering up at him with a small smile. "hey, rich. uh, sorry i came inside. i just -- you know, wasn't sure you got the message i was coming to get you. are you ready to go?"

some people would consider it rude the way he simply let himself in, brown eyes tracing curiously over oswyn's possessions as if he has any right to know the male after the things he said the last time they were together. the things they both said. if the other vampire was so put out by spending an eternity with him it had seemed reasonable at the time to subject him to life without — until miles got bored. and then lonely. and somehow even more bored. “ who's this? ” the question slips from his lips the very moment he hears the familiar click of a door handle, picture frame from the mantle held lightly between two fingers as his head nods towards the photograph's occupant. “ how painfully sentimental of you, os. ” if only a problem when he's not the subject of it.

"i could just kill belle, that would work." it was definitely too late for that. she had planted the seed inside of richie's mind weeks ago and now she was wearing a martha may costume, staring at herself in the mirror. it was all because of belle, she could have just kept her revelation to herself but no, she had to tell richie. except, she didn't really tell him, she just made a joke about this being their couples costume and richie thought it was hilarious. shaking her head, she turns away from the mirror and opens the door, groaning when she finds richie stood there in his costume. "so, what do you think? how do I look?" she holds her arms out as she spins slowly, head tilting.

from the moment archie steps closer and reaches for her, the blonde can feel a sense of warmth and relief wash over her petite being. she didn't deserve him, probably never would and his reaction was proof of just that. trembling fingers reach for his wrists, thumbs caressing his skin as her forehead rests against his. " i'm so sorry, archie." she breathes, knowing that this situation would only complicate things. not just for her, but for everyone involved. she hadn't even told her best friend about the baby, the thought alone is enough to make her sick to her stomach. at his question, she takes a deep breath, shaking her head in response. " no, i'm not sure. i know - i know i wouldn't forgive myself i got rid of it. " she confesses, glancing up to meet his gaze. " more than anything, i want it to be yours."

the two were alone in the apartment that he shares with his best friend. god, he should've volunteer to go out considering his temptations were right there in front of him. "where's your boyfriend?" brows shot up in curiosity as he glances at the other.

was it wrong of her to lie and state that she was the other's wife only to gain access into their fancy hotel room? yes, but at that point she was desperate, in need of a place to stay as she tries to balance out her life. what she didn't expect was the other entering into the hotel room with her in it, snacking on things from the cart. eyes darts over towards the other, knowing she couldn't lie herself out of this one. "funny thing... look i can explain."

tatiana was unsure how she landed herself in this situation -- at first thinking that it was some sort of coincidence that they kept ending up in the same place, but the more she thinks about it -- the more she realizes how wrong she was. pausing, she turns to face the other. "are you seriously following me? what do you want from me?"
