The first place in the world to see sunrise on New Zealand’s East Cape what a spot! Since I first moved to New Zealand, @forestandbird has been one of my favorite conservation groups, fighting for those who don’t have a voice, our land, oceans, fresh water and climate. I have been a fan of @countdown_nz click and collect for awhile now but always felt bad seeing my reusable bags sit at home in the pantry. I learned from someone commenting on Jordan from @withthewhittakers recent post about Countdown starting to go bagless that you can request in your online ordering notes to have your items put in the trolley without any plastic bags. I then just packed into my reusable bags on collection. They did use a couple of plastic bags for meat so next time I’ll edit my comment to say I don’t mind bagless meat! But they also left a note saying they’re happy to pack my reusable bags for me ➡️ Swipe to see. Also in my notes I ask them to pack the trolley with the child seat down (so I can sit Harper in their) and they do 😄 Such a small thing, but makes my life so much easier.
