This came up on my feed again from the days that I wanted to be the same shape as one of my fitness go to guys @owen_mckibbin . I use to think the armor of muscles was everything and life was only about lifting, Karate, and Dancing. Life moves forward and priorities changes. I still love the Iron and while there will always be some vanity there it's not the same way. These day I want to look good yes but I more so just want to still be able to do what I love as best as I can at 49. Life will move forward and my thought when I saw this photo was what will 89 year old me think of 49 year old me. What will he think about this 49 year old complaining of aches and pains and how he can't do what he use to in the face of whatever the world and we and I will be facing then. My sincerest hope is to be the old guy playing with a great grand child or attending my grandchildren college graduation content to know that I will be leaving them in a world that is a little better than I and they found it. Because life moves forward and at least I will have at least one or two pictures of my grown children and I like those of @renzograciebjj and his father or @mauriciogomes and his son.
