So my Android is giving me that 'Low Storage Available' warning when I have over 500 MB of available space. So I plugged in my phone to my computer and found over 100 MB of "RAW" files. I deleted those and it's still giving me a warning.

So I have two questions.

1: Is there a way I can rid myself of this warning without rooting my phone? (HTC Droid Incredible. 1, Not 2, not X, not whatever. The first one)

2: How do I open the Raw files? Picasa normally does it, but they're showing up invalid.
