Ingredients: 2 cups edamame, frozen, thawed. 1 tablespoon olive oil. Salt to taste. 1 tablespoon white miso paste. 1 tablespoon hot water. 1 teaspoon lemon juice. 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest. 1 teaspoon sesame oil. 1 teaspoon soy sauce or tamari. 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger. 1 clove garlic, minced. Pinch of red pepper flakes optional. Sesame seeds, for garnish.
Instructions: Preheat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Toss the thawed edamame with olive oil and salt. Place the edamame in the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until charred, about 5-7 minutes.
