21 Day Fix Day 3 (lower fix)
Aka leg day!
Leg day is the best day!! 😍😍
Used 12s for the whole workout except for calf raises, used 15s for those. The 10 second holds killed me!
Curtsy lunges are my favorite thing to do so I was excited to see those again. I think I might be crazy for that but 🤷♀️oh well.
& I only have one more thing to say about today

30 Days of Fitness – Clean Eatz and Lower Fix
Today was Lower Fix.
Lunges. Squats. Different Lunges. Leg Lifts. More Lunges. Did I mention Squats? Oh, and some more Lunges. My legs were toast about a third of the way into the 30 minute program. I got through it, but only just barely and not in any of the forms shown on video.

Man am I glad I waited until after work for Lower Fix...my legs are KILLING ME! As you can see, I switched to the light resistance band today. There's no way I could have done the band moves without it...I had to pause quite a bit but nonetheless I'm sweating harder than I have in a long time and I can feel the endorphins pumping. My eating didn't exactly go according to plan today though. My boss bought us lunch at Penn Station as a surprise and of course I couldn't refuse. I picked a small club sandwich (one of the lighter sandwiches) a small fry and an unsweetened iced tea. So I essentially burned through my blue, orange and yellow containers but I made sure I only ate until I was SATISFIED and not STUFFED. For dinner I'll be having a tilapia fillet and veggies so I wont fall completely off my plan. This program and its meal plan is really helping me stave off my binge eating. I'm trying my best to think of food as nourishing fuel rather than comfort or a stress reliever. I can already feel the positive effects on my mental health as well. My anxiety is beginning to diminish and I haven't been feeling (for lack of a better phrase) "depressed". Forgive the selfies but taking a photo after my workouts me confirm to myself that I accomplished something positive. Hopefully I'll see a difference after I finish the round!
I already sweat it out this morning with @autumncalabrese and Lower Fix. Legs are on 🔥🔥!
21 Day Fix: Day 3 - Lower Fix
In the end this was pretty brutal and I thought I was used to lower body workouts, but Autumn threw something new at me. I'll admit at first I was like. "pfft!" But it kept adding, and adding and at first you're like 60 seconds and a 15 second break, I got this! With the slowness, correct form and weights your legs start shaking but just when you are about to give in its over. At last you're on the ground and you almost sit on a scorpion, but luckily you have weights so it is no match for you. Then your working your upper quads and hip flexors and they start cramping and you are like holy shit Autumn what the fuck did you do to me!
Day 10
I'VE REACHED THE ALMOST HALFWAY POINT!!!! I just finished lower fix and I'll do 10 minute abs tonight. So excited to finish out this challenge! I feel great (well as great as you can after leg day). I've worked out everyday without fail, drink my water, and eat my containers. Next week is two a days 😳 nervous but really hoping for great results!
