some context for the previous post. quackmore has enough of scrooge’s miserable treatment and takes rockerduck’s offer to work for him (which goes about as well as you’d expect, but also provides us with some adorable panels of rockerduck and jeeves just hanging out). eventually, he returns to find the old duck has been really missing him.

Quackmore: “Oh? Why is the light still on?”

Scrooge, to some random butler: “Out with you! Never show your face here again!”

Q: “Oh!”

S: “Groan... that was the eighth butler this week. Why oh why did Quackmore leave me?”

S: “I would even raise his pay by 10 dollars per month!”

Q, from off-panel: “Don’t overdo it. I’d be content with five already.”

S: “Gasp! You?”

Q: “At your service!”
