Lips quirk up in both an amused and teasing smile as they tell him to put effort into the bite. It was just a nibble to the neck, really, but if Jin wants him to bite? Well, he can do that just fine.

Not a single mark has been left on flesh but it seems Jin wants him to bite hard enough to make a mark. He worries a bit, with Spite, if he tastes blood will he try to fight for control?

He cannot let that happen so he won't bite that hard.

"Do I now? Tell me....how much effort, hm? Do you wish to be marked? Where shall I bite?"

Ah, he must admit, he's rather pleased to hear it. Most do not think the grin of an assassin is pleasant but then, Jin is a crow too, aren't they? How unfortunate that they had never met before now.

"Is that so? Be glad it is not Spite who greets you instead." Now that is a smile that would be unsettling. The demon doesn't often get the better of him but he's quite persistent when he wants to be.

"You are quite the enjoyable company, too. It's a shame I was 'dead' all those years." Lucanis pauses before adding on, "How are you faring? This must be difficult for you."
