Tick sighed tiredly and glanced up at the full, hot sun, cursing it as he glanced down at where his mechanical parts where scalding his synthetic skin in the sun. He sighed and looked back up in time to see a library and he grinned "Ahhh, perfect." He headed inside and blinked in the dim light, reaching back blindly and clutching the doorway like a lifeline. "Why does it have to be so fuckin' dark everywhere?" He mumbled in a thick accent, staring around into what was, to him, pitch blackness.
Anne could hear that annoyingly high tone nagging at the back of his head just after someone had entered the library and rubbed his temple with his thumb before readjusting his mask so it would cover his face again. This was why he didn’t like to keep the doors open… But then again, it was the only way for clients to get in too and helped keeping up appearance.
"You can open up the curtains if you need more light."
