Despite how ridiculously crowded it is, he's able to pick out faces he knows, regardless of masks. It's a comfort in an environment he wasn't all that keen on, or rather wasn't used to. Although he's able to contain his unease relatively well, of course the mask helps as usual. One such individual, who he recognises, is one he's not seen for some time, but nonetheless he's glad to find her among the crowds. A gentle tap to her shoulder to garner her attention, finding her situated away from the mass of dancing.
"Not up to dancing presently?" A subtle upwards curve to his lips, considering how many people there were it made any sort of dancing a tad difficult. He for one sought a small break, a dance with Kjelle had felt more like a duel, though enjoyable in the end. There's a moment of pause before he carefully speaks again. "...I am glad to see you here," with everything that seemed to be going on with her, perhaps such an event would help towards the healing process.
