“In Spring 2015, Jessica Taylor left her very stable job at Google to take a gamble on an idea. She wanted to put relationships first by creating an audio messaging app, Rolltape. Rolltape is one-part messaging and one-part personal podcasts: user-generated content brought to you in five-minute audio messages by your favorite people.
In her Medium article, Jessica says there is a void in messaging that no one is talking about and it has to do with relationships. I am thrilled to have her join us today on Hello Friend to talk about reclaiming our relationships with the people we care about the most.”
Starting February 13, I am on a mission. A mission to drink only water for the next 40 days. Why? Because I can and because I want to help bring awareness to the need for clean drinking water in many communities in Africa. Specifically Uganda. Americans do not often think about how blessed we are to have clean drinking water. This past year, I have been alerted to how many people are suffering and dying simply because they do not have a very basic necessity. Water. Blood:Water is no only on a mission to help as many people as they can. To date, 73 new wells have been built serving over 54,000 people and 87 wells have been repaired serving over 65,000 people.
