Downtown revamp: LuLu Lounge

I wanted to preserve the original idea of a disco inspired nightclub, but make it gayer and disco-er. I took inspiration from Studio 54 for the entrance, and added a rolling rink to the smaller dance floor using @picknmixsims' Driveway Skating mod. I had to ditch the skinny pools again, and swapped the spa with a hot tub. There's also a little food cart out back that serves mac and cheese for anyone who needs to refuel while dancing the night away.

The LuLu Lounge

Once it failed (quite miserably, and rightfully so) as a night club, it was bought, rebranded and remodeled by Chef Zebeste Quizine into an exclusive dining club infamous for its rather... unique menu and peculiar forms of entertainment.

Between my own makeovers and those I’ve downloaded, my Downtown is mostly free of ugo, original EA builds. But LuLu Lounge has been staring me in the face for too long. I originally wanted to go grimy/industrial, but living in LA now means I see a lot of Art Deco architecture. So I’m currently going with an Art Deco + TS1 Superstar vibe. Not sure it all works yet, but I like where it is headed.
