thank you!! its called water marbling and there are a million tutorials on youtube but basically it involves dropping polish into the water in rings and making designs and then plopping your finger in and its pretty tricky but i’m happy with it :)

Whoa how did you get in the clocktower place?

My uncle oversaw the building of it! So his boss calls him up whenever something needs to be fixed and he checks on it! I’m kinda his secretary for the summer so i went up with him!

Hahaha on one hand it’s sweet. On the other hand they’re kinda saying, “Happy Valentine’s Day from the ones you’re spending it with.”
