I genuinely love Boyfriends!! It’s one of the first WEBTOON Series I had ever read and I even got the first book physically! They’re so sweet and I really like that it shows just a fluffy relationships with their ups and downs

What came up of your circus AU idea?

Circus AU now that’s a name I haven’t heard in a while 🚬

It’s been so long since I’ve drawn something for that!! (Lowkey might need to revisit that one day :))

I think I might have some of the set lore written down somewhere!

ANYWAY!! If I remember correctly…

(There’s some never posted Circus AU drawings at the end btw)

The Springwater Sisters and Brozone were both travelling circuses, they began a rivalry as whenever they moved some where the others would be there too! Viva and John Dory were the ones who mostly kept the rivalry alive, they despised each others circus.

All the while this is happening Viva works as a solo performer at local clubs, singing on stage under a persona. John Dory who doesn’t know what the Springwater Sisters look like without their masks, finds himself at the club after a long day and takes interest in Viva.

Viva of course knows who John Dory is, but plays along, she enjoys being able to mess with him

Eventually it evolves, they hang out outside the clubs. Viva is conflicted and John Dory is determined! They both develop romantic feelings but there’s so much that complicates it and there’s a whole thing that goes down when John Dory discovers that Viva is a Springwater sister! (Love a good angst opportunity 😋)

This is kinda all I got (or the really basic version of it, there’s other stuff regarding the other characters but the AU is VivaDory focused!)

I have!! I might be a bit out of practice right now but I have soooooo many doodles of them :)

I would just leave it but I don’t want to make you hope that I’ll be doing it

Sorry!! I’m not taking drawing requests anymore, I even wrote it in my bio , which is right next to my ask box, meaning you would’ve seen it!

I sincerely hope you can find someone else who might draw it for you (or maybe even give it a go yourself! Drawing is such fun!)
