from jimin/lutalicia hehe // “It’s okay. I’m here.”
@lutalicia
“I... I’m okay...” He murmurs, trying to turn away from the other and hide the watery eyes he’d been swiping at, but that was kind of pointless in a dance studio full of mirrors. Jungkook often came there to seek quiet and isolation when he was upset, but that clearly wasn’t what he was getting right now. Not that Jimin didn’t have the right to be worried over Jungkook, he was quite distant as of lately with the others, even more quiet than usual. His birthday had been coming up, and his parents had decided to call that day to congratulate him ahead of time. It had been a while since he spoke to either of them, and Jungkook blames himself for that really, it wasn’t like they weren’t allowed phones, he was just... a teenager who had these things slip his mind all the time. But at times like these, important dates as such, most tend to affiliate them with family, parents, home, and Jungkook may or may not feel a little bit homesick.
It’s a real surprise, actually, seeing as the boy was never one to show such emotions, it was always Jungkook who didn’t seem to care about the sentimental little things--but hey, underneath it all he was still a kid who did miss being able to celebrate his birthday with family instead of alone. He clearly has yet to be reminded that he is surrounded by loving hyungs, but again they all had their own little lives to tend to along with schedules. “I’m fine, Jimin hyung, just leave me alone, really.. It’s stupid.. you know it is.” He mutters, shoving his phone in his pocket as his voice starts to waver, and after a few moments pass and it’s pretty obvious that the other isn’t going to budge, Jungkook goes to lean back against one of the mirrors, sliding down to sit on the floor while hugging his knees loosely.
