I love when #lwathletes come to #stgeorge Today I was stoked to meet and ride with Aaron and Jason. They followed our LW Coaching 50 mile Finisher training plan together then raced and finished True Grit 50 together in 8:40! I'm so impressed with their excitement and mojo for racing. It's infectious. Now they have moved up to our Masters 50 mile personal record training plan and have goals to finish in 6 hours!
