You said you hope it’s not about romantic love but I think it still could be something very interesting to explore, like how some ppl use romantic relationships with ppl they don’t even really connect as a way to fill the emptiness they feel for not being able to “love themselves”, to accept themselves as whole person and not someone who needs another to be complete, and that actually fits a lot with the concept of the whole thing, being one “fake love” while self love would be the real one
