What’s a trope or plot you think is overdone in roleplay?
i don’t really know how to describe it basically the our-characters-get-coffee/beer/whatever plots drive me crazy. which isn’t fair because it’s not a catch all. i’ve had some amazing threads which were basically our characters just shooting the shit over a beer or coffee or whatever. but as i’m writing steve in my current arc, he can’t really do that. steve is a fugitive. you’re not gonna find him just hanging out in starbucks. tbh i mostly just want to move away from unplotted threads is my thing.
Who’s a roleplayer (or writer) you think you have learned a lot from?
i’ve been part of tumblr indie rp for a really long time but there isn’t anyone who has impacted my writing the way @leksakom has. and that’s the honest truth. she is always challenging me to go further with my writing and learn ways to push myself as a writer and steve as a muse. we’ve been writing together pretty much from the start so i can say most of what i’ve learned as a writer, i’ve learned from her.

He made no move away from Ivan’s fiddling hands. There was no danger in them, so why would he?
“What game is this?” Chicken perhaps. It would take a great deal more to make Gavrill shrivel away.
