I have been trying to bake with apples this week, and through a few failures I have learned that if at first you don't succeed, try try and try again, is a very good motto indeed.
I finally made an apple pie with cinnamon and nutmeg - it was delicious and has me right in the mabon mood! Personally I keep the seeds from all of the apples I use so that I might give back to nature sometime 🍁🍂🍎🍏
