Fun fact about me, I love the Wizard of Oz! It’s one of my favorite stories! I was doing research on Hitoshi Sakimoto and was shocked to see he composed the soundtrack to a Wizard of Oz JRPG!

I’ve been playing it here and there these last few days and it’s been an interesting ride so far. The game is controlled only through the touch-screen. You move Dorothy with a rolling ball on the touch-screen and access the menu and turn the camera. It has taken a little bit to get used to, but the battles are good. The fights are similar to Mother 3. Anyway, I’m going to be playing this title little by little this week.

Played a little Napple Tale today! The game is super charming so far! I didn't have much time to play it today, but I hope to play more soon!

Beat the witch, or rather, her henchman in that cave! I then made it to Leeland! I think I'm stopping here for tonight, but I'm excited to meet Portgus! He's one of my favorite characters in the game.

Ran into an interesting bug in Cadho Badho after discovering the bandits between the merchant and warrior districts. Every time I entered a home or went back to the main street, I would get this dialogue and npcs would duplicate. It's slightly annoying but the game is still working!

Ending my night by beating the goblins in Lowgrove and getting another bag! I don't remember grabbing this in my JP playthrough so I'm glad I got it in this one! The game has only frozen on me once while playing so that's a great sign!
