For the longest time, I wondered what it could've been that Garrett Goyle did for Krinkles to consider him one of if not THE most evil person in Nevada. I don't think being the "host with the most unconfirmed kills" is enough to be labeled with something like that since nearly everyone in Nevada is a terrible person to some degree.

Some of the ideas I've been tossing around is that Garrett utilized his celebrity status to help the Nexus Core (or whatever form it took before the outbreak) broadcast some strong propaganda for the organization, like having episodes sponsored by them or make all the commercial breaks be some kind of harmful propaganda.

Garrett would condone this not because he supports the organization and the God Emporer (he likely hates them, actually, due to them being responsible for the creation and, in essence, the general treatment of G03LMs) but because he knows it would benefit him in the long run. Whether it benefits him financially, offers him a leg up in the event of armageddon, or something else entirely. He's a sellout and doesn't actually care about his audience, only himself.

I still don't think this is enough to label him as the most evil person in Nevada, but it's a good start for him on his journey to earn himself a special designated spot in the hottest pits of hell.
