of course Obi-wan can speak basically all languages since his literal job is to negotiate. However to hear Cody speak anything other than basic must be an absolutely crushing thing for Obi-wan.

Since as a solider and commander and all round badass Cody would need to make specific time in his, already busy, day to practice because it meant so much to him.

can't tell me that Obi-wan didn't blue screen the first time he heard Cody speak Mando'a.
