I am here to ask about the pregnancy-less pregfic 👀
thank you @lady-of-imladris <3
context: WIP game
so this is pretty much what it says on the tin ...
Elena is tired of being told what to do by the Salvatores, and since she's on a break with whichever-one-of-them-she's-currently-meant-to-be-dating she does what any level-headed 19 year old would do: she goes and hooks up with a different pair of vampire brothers. Klaus never hooked up with Hayley, so it's a surprise for everyone when Elena turns out to be pregnant.
As for the lack of pregnancy in the fic ... I'm not saying it's a foregone conclusion. But Elena will certainly be considering her Options.

Her first instinct is to phone Elijah; he’s had centuries of experience cleaning up his siblings’ messes, and none more so than Klaus’. But then she remembers the jealousy in Klaus’ eyes when his brother’s name had come from her lips, as if just the idea of her thinking about him was an affront, and she thinks better of it.
It can’t be true, she is sure, but if it is true, then Klaus should be the first to know. She takes out her phone and pauses for just a moment. She doesn’t remember adding his contact to her favourites, but there it sits, at the top of the list, and she wonders how the few white pixels spelling out his name can appear to be gloating as she presses the call button.
“Hello, love,” he drawls in that insufferable way, as if he’s been expecting her to call. “To what do I owe the pleasure of a call from my favourite doppelganger?”
She ignores the rush of being referred to as his ‘favourite’ anything; after all, he doesn’t have a wealth of options for comparison. She doesn’t know how to respond, so she goes in for the kill. “Klaus,” she whispers down the phone line, as if the softness of her voice might soften the blow, “how certain are you that hybrids can’t have children?”
The silence on the other end of the line is punctuated by a loud clattering, and Elena thinks that he must have dropped the phone, or perhaps thrown it against the nearest wall.
When she thinks she ought to hang up —that perhaps she needs to call Elijah and warn him that his brother has either fainted or disappeared on a rampage— a familiar voice greets her down the line.
“Elena.” He sounds like he is smiling, and she can picture it perfectly, the twinkle in his eye and the slightest twitch of his lip as he keeps up the appearance of utter composure, and oh, thank God she chose to dial Klaus’ number and not Elijah’s, because of course they were together.
“Elijah,” she returns, her voice remarkably steady. “Is Klaus okay?”
Elijah hums at that, and it’s as if he’s standing right in front of her. “Might I call you back, Elena? It seems my brother has gone into shock.”
hey so it's really genuinely scary as a victim myself, how paparoach is getting validation for grooming a minor for a whole year which they uh... conveniently left out... but um! yeah! just that.
This is a follow up to my Elejah soulmates (plus Klaus/Klena) series 'I Held It In': part 1: the Beast you've made of me and part 2: now it seems you've set it running Free
It features my favourite minor character from the Originals Season 2: the Cuck Balcony (as in, the place that Elijah and Klaus stand to watch Hayley marry another man). There are big plot ramifications but it is essentially just smut :) [when Elijah is away, the mice will play ... or something]
tl;dr: klena smut with elijah doing a bit more than just haunting the scene ...

He smiled widely, his teeth human but still glinting sharply as he revealed the item in his hand; his fingers uncurled one by one to reveal a length of fabric sitting in his palm, a tangle of dark silk and delicate embroidery. Elena recognised it instantly, and she felt the weight of Klaus’ taunting gaze as he absorbed her realisation.
“Klaus —” she warned, but it was half-hearted, and when he moved to fasten it around her eyes, she dutifully tilted her head to give him access.
Elijah’s tie was feather-light against her skin, the weight of it barely noticeable where it rested on her cheekbones, if it weren’t for the darkness before her eyes. She knew her cheeks were already pink from where Klaus had her gasping for air moments before, but she thought they had likely darkened further as the makeshift blindfold stole her vision.
“Klaus,” she began weakly again, but he just shushed her as he moved her limbs for her again, pulling her to her feet until her hips were resting back against the railing, and her feet spread a little too widely for her to stand comfortably.
