Mafia Lights - Spiriting
Hailing from the depressingly dull pile of sub-suburban bricks we know as Guildford, Mafia Lights might just have gone some way to redeeming this godforsaken greyness with a sound that's imbued with colour and texture. Their slightly glitchy, occasionally wonky and always laid-back electronica is an engaging listen and promises much for the future not only of this is fledgeling band, but we hope also for the city they call home.
