Tom Welling: "Um, October 11th. It's called MAFIA WARS. I play a, a, a good cop doing bad things for a good reason, um, in Rome. We shot it in Rome a few years ago, and COVID kind of, you know, got in the way with the post-production and stuff, but um, they haven't told me where it's coming out, but they did say October 11th. And, my next question was: "How do you know when it's coming out, but you don't know where it's coming out?" laughs And, they were just like, 'uhhh'; I was like "Alright; Fine." And I was like "Can I tell people?", and they said "Yeah.", and I go, "Okay, so I'm gonna tell people I got a movie coming out October 11th, but I don't know where to watch it."" #TomWelling #Smallville #MafiaWars
I am waiting to check out your performance in "Chasing Summer" as soon as possible, Tom! I have heard good things about the film, and I want to see this movie now. I know you are going to be using some new phrases, and I am excited to finally hear them with my own ears. I can't wait to meet Chase, and I look forward to understanding what you have been saying about this project. I'm glad you have had a successful experience promoting this movie at both the Sundance Film Festival as well as the SXSW Film Festival! I hope you continue to promote this project all around the world. Hearing you say that you have "more ownership over your performance" in this as compared to "anything else you have ever done" makes me want to see it even more! I am loving your interviews, and I hate the fact that they are not getting released, so I need this situation to be resolved soon. Whilst waiting, I am still watching your performances in "Mafia Wars" because Terry is a whole entity! I have requested to see the other edit of the film when it was originally going to be called "Deep Six", and I really do hope that you will get the chance to film another movie with this character soon! "Clear Cut" fits well into the schedule, and it all does make sense at the end. I await further details for future films you hopefully have in store like some pending role mentions of "a sheriff" and "a lawyer", so waiting for some good news on those projects to be released when the time is right.
