Nice 10 mile loop this morning. Up at 5:30 am and out the door. The MAF Training is coming along nicely. It’s very humbling being forced to run slower and build back up to my regular pace. I really wish it would happen quicker but ya gotta put the time and effort in. I’ll be running (not racing) #hellcat 50K in a couple of weeks. Instead of a 4hr 15 finish, I’ll be looking at a 7-8hr finish. That’s going to be the hardest thing for me.
