Yes, Gwen 10's Big Chill has had children. It's why she acts like a mother the Mage Ben. Because her Baby Chills hasn't visited yet.
So she's kind of upset when she saw Ben Prime's Baby Chills visited.

Ben Prime: She finds Ben Prime a jarring difference to her Ben. It took a while for her to get used to him do to the different personalities of Prime and Mage, but she eventually got used to it.
Ben 23: She doesn't care for 23 much. She finds him to be kind of a brat, but still tries to be civil with him.
Reboot Ben/Glitch: As soon as she met these two, she immediately fell in love. She s more protective of them than she is of her own Ben, because, in her own words, "They're babies!"
Mad Ben: Their relationship is a lot like Ben and Gwen's relationship from the Original Series. Always bickering, and always about stupid stuff. It drives everyone insane.
Albedo: She's wary of Albedo, but notes that he's trying to change.

Like said before, she acts more like a mother to Mage Ben rather than a cousin.

Because of the way dimensional travel works, when the alternates return home, they're returned a second after they left. At the moment, they're all trapped in the Prime Universe.
Gwen 10 is the most aggressive out of all of her counterparts. She once brutally beat her Vilgax for even attempting to harm Ben.
