I feel like I spend most of my time in a magical slump. I use so many of my spoons for work or go through long periods of debilitating depression that I have a hard time even thinking about doing anything at home but relaxing. It’s further complicated by being solitary when I wish I had others to interact with, despite the knowledge that if I had practicing friends I would have that motivational push to keep going, as well as living in a tiny studio apartment with my husband and having no dedicated private space to practice. I just want to be able to practice a little every day and get more attuned and knowledgeable about my craft. I also really fear reaching out to people because, despite having been interested in witchcraft for over 15 years, I’m still learning so much and am practically a baby witch with how often I am in a slump, but with my age I feel like I should be more well versed than I am and I feel weird about being nigh on 30 and hanging out with 18 year old’s. Worse, every time I come on here there’s either extremely aggressive drama happening or I feel heavily outclassed and don’t want to bother anyone, and it seems like so few people live near me. I’m not interested in what witchvox offers, and I am uncomfortable sharing so much private information that is required on the tradwitch forum. I’m honestly at a loss. How do I even go about reaching out to others who are in similar learning situations that aren’t teenagers???
