Magus Semideus
PJO x HP Crossover
Intro:
Poseidon did not expect his dalliance with the mortal wizard Sirius Black to result in a baby, but magic and fate perhaps have a way of making things happen. Though, it really is too bad that gods are forbidden from raising their mortal children and poor Sirius was sentenced to Azkaban, so Poseidon has no choice but to entrust his son Perseus to the mortal Sally Jackson.
Chapter 1
When Poseidon started his relationship with a mortal wizard, he didn't expect a beautiful baby boy.
A boy that couldn't be raised by either of his parents, nor know anything of either of their worlds.
Still, Poseidon won’t ever regret having his son. No, he just regrets that damned prophecy hanging over his son's head like a sword set to behead his beautiful baby boy.
From the moment that his darling Perseus, Percy, breathed his first breath. The moment that he opened his green eyes like Poseidon’s, like Rhea’s, all Poseidon held was love for his son.
And the prophecy threatens to take his baby away from him.
Poseidon’s already paid the Sytx’s price, so his son doesn’t have to pay for him.
But the price was too steep.
Sixteen years. Sixteen years! Sixteen years where Poseidon cannot interfere with his son. Can only act in accordance with the Ancient Laws which he so often ignores for his children.
Sixteen years where Poseidon is forced to watch his son grow from afar. Sixteen years of ignoring Percy’s prayers for his father that can never show up. Sixteen years that could be used to interact and cherish his son, all lost because of Styx’s punishment.
But Poseidon fears for far worse if the punishment of the Styx were to ever fall to his son.
But Styx truly is cruel to say the punishment will end after Sixteen years.
Already it's been fourteen, almost fifteen years, since Percy was born. His poor Percy has gone through so much, too much than a child should ever have to go through, and his reward for everything he's done?!
A great prophecy calling for his baby's death when he turns sixteen!
A half-blood of the eldest gods,
Shall reach Sixteen against all odds,
And see the world in endless sleep,
A hero's soul, cursed blade shall reap,
A single choice shall end his days,
Olympus to preserve or raze.

When Dumbledore decided to do a lineage test on all the Order members to find possible allies, he didn't expect for Sirius Black of all people to have a son.
Albus could have sworn he only liked men just as he does, and having a baby between two men with magic is extremely difficult and most be in some way intentional (so for Sirius to not know would seem improbable)
Yet it seems Sirius is just as surprised as Albus, however.
The two men stand there in shocked silence, red blood still dripping from Sirius finger onto the parchment.
The family tree of all Black's, and down from Sirius name, in a golden and red color like bronze that Albus has never seen before but nonetheless magical, lies the name Perseus Jackson Black.
Finally, Sirius snaps, “H-how?!”
Albus looks over at Sirius raising an eyebrow.
Sirius goes bright red, “Not like that old man!”
“I mean I've only slept with cisgendered men, I think.” Sirius mutters to himself. “And I've certainly not used magic to purposely conceive a child.”
Then, Sirius's eyes widened. The last time he’s even had sex was 16 years ago (depression seriously gets rid of sex drive, sorry Moonie), and he was in quite a committed relationship with the guy at the time too.
It can’t be?!
Seiden! And that man was extremely powerful. Sirius knew that instant he laid eyes on that gorgeous man. It felt like the very elements themselves were his to command.
But why did he not tell Sirius?
Sirius felt like there was a lump in his throat. Even sixteen years ago, it still hurt. Because at the time he really loved the man.
It was before Sirius was even after that rat, Peter! When he hadn't hit a depressive mad spiral where nothing mattered anymore, but revenge.
Lily and James' deaths were especially hard on Sirius, and it was all that rat's fault! Sirius growls, anger consuming him again.
Sirius huffs to himself. That was two years. Two years after Seiden and he broke up! That means that his son would have been 1 just like Harry was when Lily and James were murdered.
How could Seiden, who’s a powerful foreign wizard for all Sirius knew, just never tell him about their child?!
Maybe it would have spared Sirius Azkaban, because he would have someone to care for and instead of going full vengeance mode, he would have planned things out more carefully.
Sirius laughs hysterically to himself. What does it matter when he missed — what — 14, almost 15, years of his son's life, just as he has missed Harry’s?!
Sirius then turns to Albus, a furious look in his dark eyes, and says in a growl that could rival his loves’ — Lupin, “Albus, we are going to find my son before Voldemart so much as even looks his way.”
Albus nods his head in understanding, a twinkle in his eyes, “Of course, my boy.”
Sirius’ snarls at the old man, and exits the room looking desperately for his Mooney, already knowing he'll have to outsmart Dumbledore to get the boy out of his schemes.
Sirius' heart picks up in stress as he thinks of all the worst case scenarios. If Voldemort already has his pup in his sights.
Already he can hear his child's screams, and Sirius whines in distress, his more doglike instincts and appearance coming out to play more after being one for so long.
Still, Sirius might not have been there for his pup all those years, but he'll damn sure be there now!
Sirius’ heart pounds with that promise. He will protect his pup, no matter what!
Even when all he can smell is blood and hear his screams. Sirius starts running in a panic, not even noticing that his hands and feet soon turned into paws and he was running on all fours.
Sirius needs to protect his pup. Where is he?!
Then, something grabs him, holding him by his chest, and Sirius snarls at the intruder, but the enemy fights their grip. So Sirius bites down on the hand around their chest.
The intruder yelps, but does not let go.
So Sirius growls and kicks and fights like his life depends on his. His heart racing wildly and his breaths hyperventilating.
But the enemy doesn’t let up, and Siruis feels fear overtake him.
Sirius whines in distress and slopes against the enemy in defeat, exposing his throat.
Sirius stays like that for what feels like eternity, but nothing happens except soft petting on his head and fur.
It feels nice and warm and safe. Sirius thinks as he dozes off, letting the darkness take him.
Notes:
Poseidon's a god. Mortal gender isn't exactly something he cares about, so yes he’s the one that gave birth. (I mean Zeus did it at least twice, though not in the typical sense haha with Athena and Dionysus)
I don't support JKR, so I will make all the trans and gay Harry potter characters I want, mahahaha!
