A ditzy rustblooded waitress who's been fired from countless jobs for her poor memory. She wears glasses thicker than lead and dreams of opening a library to share her favorite books with other people. She's somewhat conservative and doesn't like showing too much skin, though she would never impose those beliefs on others. She has long hair and rounded horns that point inwards and resemble rabbit ears.

Maihko leaps forward! She’s got a love of libraries and despite being a fuchsia, she’s very gentle and considerate of the lower castes. She’d love to share some of her books with the rustblood and perhaps help her work on that memory issue of hers. Good friend material 10/10.

Abalus and Maihko! Nevose wears them occasionally, but only if she needs to focus on small text for extended periods of time.

Bereil and Abalus, definitely. They’d probably sit together and scheme over them for hours, but would consult Maihko to have her proof-read and submit them under a different pen name for anonymity.

What is the worst book you've ever read Maihko?

“Something called Fifty Shades of Grey? It was a human book, I believe. Given to me through my usual source of exotic books. The misleading title was more than enough to toss this book to the very bottom of my cherished tome pile. I learned nothing new about shades of grey at all! In fact, it should have been named, “Very Poor Smut Written For Elder Lusii”. I refused my dealer the second and third books of the series; I would not be misled again.”

Hey Maihko! Do you have an interest in mysterious books? There's one on Earth called the Voynich Manuscript, and what makes it so mysterious is that it's in a language nobody's been able to decipher so far, and also has intricate drawings of plants that don't exist. Nobody knows who wrote it either!

“A tome that is a complete mystery, you say?” 

Her earfins flick with curiousity and her eyes become aflame with a sudden need to obtain this tome and add it to her massively growing collection. She had found that once you’ve read one mystery tome, you’ve read them all, but this one sounded completely different. Something new.

“I must find the means to obtain this tome, it is now a necessity of the highest degree! I thank you, sweet anon, for bringing this to my attention! I haven’t had a craving for a mysterious alien tome in sweeps, but you’ve definitely piqued my interest!”
